Keefe conducts a "Company Tour" of all new listings each Tuesday morning after our weekly meeting so that each of our agents will have an opportunity to get familiar with your property. It is common for our agents to contact their prospective buyers via cell phone during these previews and arrange showings later that very same day! This may also be followed by a "Broker Open House" or public "Open House", owner permitting.
